Roses as they begin to fade have a nostalgic feel - the last hurrah of summer and a reminder of the long, hot sunshine filled days of the season past.

Seedheads & Roses Wreath comes with 5 x 3g hand dyed threads on our silk base.
Wreath pattern design measures approx 12cm diameter.
The pattern designed by Christopher features three large roses for you to embroider along with poppy seed and alexander heads is printed onto a pure linen fabric.
There will also be a small square of pretty fabric included with your kit for inspiration.
For this month, there is the option to add on an extra pattern that will work beautifully as a pincushion. The design measures 12cm x 8cm and features poppy seed heads with gypsophilia and alexanders.
There will be a beautiful backing fabric for the pincushion but you will need to provide the stuffing.
There are enough threads in the kit to embroider both designs xx
There will also be a limited number of drawstring bags - please note - no boxed bottom, that you can add to your order.

Each month we look at the seasonal flowers and create a little floral wreath, designed by Christopher, for you to stitch.
We will be delving into the archives to discover a painting... a poem... or something interesting about our chosen flowers.
The patterns will be accessible for the beginner while being a joy for a more practised embroiderer.
Please note - you will need to provide the needle, scissors and hoop, should you choose to use one.
