Petal Archives Weekly Advent 2026!
You have so loved our Petal Archives collection of embroidered wreaths this year that we knew it had to be the subject for the first of our 2026 weekly stitch advents.
Each week, in the lead up to Christmas, you will open one numbered parcel containing an original botanical embroidery pattern designed by Christopher along with our hand dyed threads on our BFL/silk base. There will be a sprinkling of little treats to make the box extra special for you to open.
The patterns, all hand printed onto neutral coloured linen, have been designed by Christopher and are a joy to stitch. Each week will have a colour theme and the design has been inspired by some of our favourite flowers! We have hand dyed the threads to create four beautiful embroidery kits for you to stitch.
You will receive….
Week One
A botanical wreath pattern inspired by poinsettia, mistletoe, jasmine and holly
4 x 3g hand dyed threads
The colours for this wreath are reds, greens and white
Week Two
A botanical pattern for you to embroider a sweet little pincushion
The inspiration this week is snowdrops, paperwhite narcissi and camellia
4 x 3g hand dyed threads
The colours for this pincushion are greens and white
Week Three
A botanical wreath pattern with white forsythia, clematis 'Jingle Bells' and muscari as inspiration
4 x 3g hand dyed threads
The colours for this wreath are blues and white
Week Four
A botanical pattern to create a needle book inspired by hellebores and eucalyptus.
4 x 3g hand dyed threads
The colours for this needle book will be teal and lavender

The linen in all four parcels will be neutral coloured.
The gorgeous fabrics needed to complete the needle book and pincushion will be provided but please note that you will need to provide the filling of your choice for the pincushion.
You will also need to provide the needles, scissors and hoop - these are not included.
There is also the option to add on a box pouch made by Sherry in beautiful Liberty of London tana lawns.
There will be a sprinkling of extra treats that we will include, to make opening this weekly advent a joyful experience for you.

A NOTE ABOUT DISPATCH OF YOUR BOX.
Your box has already been created for you and will be sent to you later in the year ready for you to squirrel away for Christmas - no peeking! However, as the world is a fragile and unpredictable place right now, we will be able to send your box rapidly if there is an increase in postage costs or import duties, etc.
** For our US customers - the postage cost now includes the import tariff, which will therefore be prepaid by us on your behalf at the point of dispatch. **
Your box will be dispatched Royal Mail Tracked 24 in the UK and by Royal Mail International Tracked to all other destinations.
