First with a shade of green though winter-dashed –
There, full as soon, bumbarrels make a nest
Of mosses grey with cobwebs closely tied
John Clare

The bumbarrels in the poem refers to the long tailed tit and it is one of many names assigned to this sweet little bird. I have known them as flying lollipops. They are an unmistakable visitor to the garden and we could not resist creating a little floral long tailed tit.
Designed by Christopher, this little bird is created from flowers.
It sits on a floral branch and comes with 5 x 3g hand dyed threads on our BFL/Silk base.
